While the Feldenkrais Method is designed for all people who wish to perform at their peak or move more freely, the Writer's Gym is designed as a special place for writers to develop and work on their issues.

The Writer's Gym offers a unique combination of writing exercises, spontaneous drawing, and Feldenkrais Movement exercises targeted specifically at freeing the mental processes of writing and encouraging creativity. Sessions feature the opportunity to share your work and receive supportive critique from fellow writers.
