The Gym with Feldenkrais

  • The day begins with a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson guided by Kathy Yates.
  • Award-winning playwright Cassandra Medley then leads two hours of writing exercises augmented with spontaneous drawing.
  • In the afternoon session, you are invited to read work you are developing, and the group will participate in critique and discussion.
  • Additional movement lessons may be integrated throughout the morning and afternoon sessions.

Workshops are offered as:

  • All day group sessions that include Feldenkrais movement techniques, or that are with specialized Writer's Gym Exercises alone...

  • OR

  • private one-on-one Writer's Gym Exercise sessions.

Private one- to two-hour sessions are also available in your home.
