The Gym with Feldenkrais
- The day begins with a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson guided by Kathy Yates.
- Award-winning playwright Cassandra Medley then leads two hours of writing exercises augmented with spontaneous drawing.
- In the afternoon session, you are invited to read work you are developing, and the group will participate in critique and discussion.
- Additional movement lessons may be integrated throughout the morning and afternoon sessions.

- private one-on-one Writer's Gym Exercise sessions.
